What
is it?
The Space Coast Adventure Boot Camp is an outdoor program designed
to help you achieve your fitness goals through fitness instruction,
nutritional counseling and motivational training. Boot Camp is packed
with fun and exciting activities to keep your workouts enjoyable everyday!
What if I'm not very physically fit?
NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are
capable of doing safely. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged!
Women of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate. As a
new participant, exercises options will be offered to accomodate
your fitness level. You will inspire and be inspired by others.
What types of exercises are included in the program?
Exercises include: core conditioning, short distance running (less
than one mile), lunges, muscular strength, jumping rope, circuit
training, hiking, obstacle courses, push-ups, Pilates, surprises,
and more!
How often will we meet?
Each camp will meet every Monday through Friday for one hour during
the four-week program, unless otherwise noted. All participants
will be expected to arrive on time. Three, four and five day options
are avaiable and some camps may only meet three days a week (please
view calendar carefully for sign up options).
When does the next camp start?
We now offer continuous enrollment and monthly billing for your
convenience and savings - you can start today!
What
do I need to bring?
You will need to bring one set of 5 - 8 lb. hand weights and any
type of exercise mat (You can get both of these at any local Target
or K-Mart type stores). You will also want to bring water to keep
yourself hydrated during camp. Optional items are a towel to dry
off with and gloves or mittens in the winter. Dress in a layers
and even if it is chilly don’t worry you will get warm very
fast! And always bring a good attitude!
So, what will I gain in camp?
Your body will become more fit and toned, and you will gain more
confidence and self-esteem! By participating, you will also earn
your Boot Camp Dog Tags! You'll want to show your friends and family!
Why should I participate?
You will make a dramatic improvement in your physical and mental
well-being. In addition, you'll meet great people who share your
same passion for acquiring a more healthy body and mind. You will
be finished with your training before the rest of the world has
even gotten started!
What is the cost (investment in myself)?
For one month of boot camp for 5 days a week, there is a registration
fee of $299 for 20 hours of instruction! That's just $14.95 per
hour. Where else can you get premiere or cutting edge fitness instruction
for that incredible price? Special package prices are offered as
well. Sign up for three or six months and receive a discounted pricing
package! Note: Greater results occur when you enroll in the full
5 day per week program.
We are now accepting continuous registration for the next camp.
You will be called for your pre-camp evaluation prior to the start
of camp, if your purchased package includes it. Otherwise you will
receive a curtesy call to get you started and a welcome packet in
the mail. You will be called once we receive your registration information.
