Diane Schullstrom - Owner/Fitness Professional

Melbourne Boot CampDiane's passion for fitness started at a young age, getting her first aerobic instructor certification at the age of 21. After being in the fitness industry for over 25 years, she has been a group fitness instructor, teaching several formats of group insturction, including aerobic, step, body sculpting and more. She also owned and operated a fitness facility where she trained the aerobic instructors and fitness trainers, as well as handeld all operations of the fitness center. Diane has also completed several levels of fitness training and continues to stay current on new training methodoligies.

Diane has recently resigned as a financial consultant with Life Strategies Financial Services. She has missed her passion for working with people in helping them achieve their fitness goals, leading to search out new and innovative ways to train people. In July 2006, she completed the Adventure Boot Camp Certification. With her experience she is happy to bring the most comprehensive boot camp in the world and make it Brevard's very own Adventure Boot Camp. Adventure Boot Camp isn't just a weight loss program; it's a way of life. You learn that a healthy lifestyle is a journey that takes support from other people; the relationships you build at boot camp will last a life time. Our goal is to develop powerful relationships and a powerful you.

Becka Haig is an AFAA certified Group Fitness Instructor with Space Coast Adventure Bootcamp and area health clubs. She has been teaching many formats of group exercise including body sculpting, step, abs-back, kickboxing, bootcamp, and interval training for over 16 years. Becka was also the founder of the Aerobics program at FIT where she got her bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering and her masters degree in Applied Mathematics. She is a mother of three and a thermal analyst for Harris Corporation. Becka is full of energy and her true gift in life is teaching. From fitness to math her defining moments are her student’s successes. She is motivated to instill healthy life style choices which include tailored bootcamp exercises that all participants can perform. Becka is ready to help you reach your goals!

John Spencer Ellis has been involved with health and fitness since the age of 12 and has become one of the most diversely trained fitness professionals in the United States. He holds two bachelors degrees (business and health science), an MBA, and a doctorate in education. He has more than fifteen certifications, which include being a certified massage therapist, plyometric instructor, self-defense instructor, fitness kick boxing instructor, water fitness instructor, exercise rehabilitation specialist, golf conditioning specialist, Pilates instructor, personal trainer, clinical hypnotherapist, master PACE circuit training instructor, and yoga instructor. John has a 2nd degree black belt in kung-fu, has completed the Ironman triathlon and finished 5th in the U.S. National Biathlon (run/bike) Championships. He has extensive training in mind-body fitness and alternative health. John is the author of "How Badly Do you Want It? - Your Ultimate Guide to Optimal Fitness." His fitness articles and interviews have been featured in over 30 publications, and he is a frequent consultant to the world's media on health, fitness and lifestyle topics.

The combination of John's formal education, practical experience and fun approach to exercise, have made his camps very exciting and popular. Each week, over one million people around the world enjoy a fitness program created by John Spencer Ellis.
